Great AI4PPP Erasmus+ partners meeting in Algebra University College in Zagreb, Croatia. This really was a good opportunity to analyse current project achievements and design a path for results that are yet to come. Moreover, this was an opportunity for networking with our great partners!

For the first time from the start of the project, AI4PPP project partners met face-to-face on the first Transnational Meeting. While project partners were busy working on Project Result 2 (DACUM Analysis) during Spring and Summer of 2022, Algebra University College team was also in charge of organizing first Transnational Meeting for 10th and 11th October 2022.

In the first part of the meeting, partners discussed Project Result 1 conclusions, which serve as a confirmation of project’s importance. Monika Rohlik Tunjić from Algebra University College presented these conclusions in detail and highlighted that Gap analysis indeed has shown a gap between high-level non-IT managers’ knowledge about the possibilities and implementation of AI-based solutions on the one hand and existing MBA programmes’ teaching content about AI and technology on the other hand.

Furthermore, Leo Mršić from Algebra University College presented partnerships’ achievements regarding the DACUM Analysis development (Project Result 2). This was followed by discussion about crucial skillsets that future high-level non-IT managers should acquire in order to bring innovations to their companies and ensure companies’ growth.

These skillsets, once defined in the DACUM Analysis, will be very important for the partners in the next project’s phase – working on Project Result 3 (Syllabi development). Since School of Applied Social Sciences will be the organization leading related activities, Victor Cepoi presented work plan for Project Result 3 to the partners. After the presentation and discussion, we decided on the next steps.

Partners’ aim is to deliver a well-rounded, high value transferable educational and training programme in AI, once we develop the DACUM Analysis and Syllabi.

Big thanks to our partners, experts from School of Applied Social Sciences (Slovenia) and University of Alcalá (Spain) for their diligent work and effort!

We will keep informing about out milestones.
